If you are not a member yet and have questions you can contact the person who's site you are at (located in the upper right-hand side of each page.
What if I am a member already and I have questions?
Inside your member backoffice you will find a link on the left-hand navigation for the Help Desk. Please create a ticket there with your question and we will answer as soon as possible.
Whose name appears on my credit card for member billing?
Automated Marketing LLC is the name that will appear on your credit card statement.
If I join on the Silver Plan can I upgrade to Gold?
YES... if you are on the Silver Plan you can upgrade at any time by following the Upgrade Plan link in your backoffce. You can also downgrade from Gold to Silver at any time.
When are members paid?
Regular commission checks are mailed each Friday for member commissions. Please note commissions are calculated based on a 14 days holding period pending clearning of funds and member cancellations after which time members are paid.
